#9 The teacher will demonstrate critical and reflective thinking skils. In order to become a better teacher, constantly reflect on what I've taught, how I've taught it, and what I could have done better or differently. But being one's own evaluator is not always the best or most accurate assessment. Asking for the opinion of others outside of oneself leads to honest, constructive feedback one would not otherwise get. I especially appreciate, take seriously, and reflect upon what my administrators and mentors suggest.
