#11 The teacher will demonstrate classroom management using various techniques. One of the ways I try to manage my classroom is through the physical space. The aesthetic of the room, which includes vibrant yellow and red colors, in conjunction with the orderly arrangement of objects, creates an environment that stimulates student learning and puts them in a mood to learn.

#12 The teacher will demonstrate the ability to manage the physical classroom environment. Given what I had to work with--room attached to cafeteria, very large bookcases, round tables, dilapidated wooden computer tables, some working computers, three glass display cases, small TV mounted from cieling, and one large, blank wall--I feel I have done well in terms of the physical classroom environment.
