Among the books I love are those on the sociological and/or psychological development
of children, such as Lev Vygotsky's Mind in Society and The Child & The Curriculum by
John Dewey.

#2 The teacher demonstrates knowledge base needed to teach discipline. The list above
includes only my favorite books, not every book I've read. I nevertheless feel confident
in this representative sample of my knowledge base.
